26,000+ deli-containers packed full of curd

6,468 baskets of ricotta were skimmed

3,300 cases of curd packaged

1,594 diners welcomed to La Tavola for 62 Farm Table Dinners

1,137 new Facebook followers for a total of 2,562

876 Panini grilled for La Tavola’s Wednesday lunches!!

644 loaves of bread baked for La Tavola’s lunches and Farm Table Dinners

127 pints of Brenda’s famous Mostarda (pepper jelly) were jarred

60 pounds of Octopus prepared for the Feast of the Seven Fishes in December

52 travelers taken on La Passeggiata to Italy

20 U.S. states received shipments of Caputo Brothers curd

2 new full-time employees joined the CBC team

1 part-time employee joined the CBC team!
