Whether this is your first time visiting Caputo Brothers Creamery, or you’re a stretching veteran, this class will have something for everyone!  You’ll learn how to stretch our cheese through a series of demonstrations and tips from Caputo Brothers staff.

You’ll leave being able to go from our CapoMozz frozen cagliata curd to finished mozzarella like a pro!

All attendees will go home with a free pound of curd!
