Our Farm Table Dinners are a five-course communal dining experience that demonstrate our love of traditional, regional Italian cuisine while also taking advantage of local and seasonal ingredients, often pulled or preserved from our own garden!
What can you expect from the evening? These BYOB dinners last approximately 3 hours and include dinner and a show! - a live cheesemaking demonstration, and a creamery tour (when available). The five courses are made up of:
- Walk-in course – an appetizer course incorporating some of our cheeses
- Cheese course – features our hand-stretched mozzarella
- Primo – usually a pasta or risotto
- Secondo & Contorno – A meat or fish course with a vegetable. The heaviest course or main dish
- Dolci – a dessert
