Interested in learning more about the art & craft of whole animal butchery? Expert butcher Beau Ramsberg, owner of Rettland Farm and The Farmstead Butcher, will break down an entire pig from nose to tail and discuss knife skill and the differences in butchering techniques for the various cuts of pork. We have partnered with a local farmer who has been raising this pig on Caputo Brothers Creamery whey from our cheesemaking – and you’ll get to experience the final product!

In addition, Chef David Caputo, owner of Caputo Brothers Creamery, will be on hand to discuss cooking techniques and sampling some tasty treats (pork – of course – and cheese!) to keep you happy all morning!
