Step up your side dish game for this year’s Thanksgiving!! In Italy, the contorno is a side dish, commonly served alongside the main course and consisting of various vegetables. It could be anything from a simple salad to vegetables that have been simmering for hours. In this class you’ll discover some traditional Italian contorno to compliment your Thanksgiving dinner – or any meal throughout the year!
You will have the opportunity to pitch in and get your hands dirty if you choose – or just sit back & enjoy the meal!
Each student will go home with the recipes used in class.
