This five-course* group culinary experience will demonstrate our love of traditional, regional, Italian cuisine while also taking advantage of local and seasonal ingredients, often pulled or preserved from our own garden! And since it’s august, some of you know what that means….PEACH PASTA!!! Just one weekend a year, Chef Dave makes this special savory pasta dish that is unlike anything you can imagine – you won’t believe it’s created with peaches (from our own tree!)
