That’s the answer to the Jeopardy question “What is Chef Dave’s favorite country to visit, apart from Italy?”
Despite his heritage and commitment to Italian cuisine, culture and tradition, Dave is enamored with the Emerald Isle and its own unique cuisine! Their reliance on fresh ingredients from land and sea is very akin to the Italian model. More than just fish & chips, the island boasts a wealth of rich, hearty, and elegant plates. We will enjoy them together, all during what has become a festive and celebratory time in America, honoring St. Patrick’s Day.
The cost of this reservation is per person. Dinners are paid in full at the time of reservation (reservations are non-refundable).
