Cooking with Ricotta - Tues, January 21 @ 6:00p.m.
Those of you who know our ricotta know that it's completely different than what you find in your regular grocery store - our whey-based, traditional ricotta is chock-full of protein and has a custard-like consistency that is great in recipes, but amazing even on it's own.
This cooking class will show you how you can create an entire meal - from antipasti through dessert - using fresh ricotta, and you'll go home with all of the recipes!
