Shipping policy

Depending on the contents of your order and its destination, you will be offered various FedEx Shipping options at checkout.  Orders are shipped Monday-Thursday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3p.m. on Thursdays will be shipped the following Monday. 

CapoMozz is typically shipped on dry ice, and therefore must be shipped in a separate container from any of our other products, and will have a different shipping speed (automatically calculated within checkout).

Residents of AR, AZ, CA, CO, IA, ID, LA, KS, MN, MO, MT, ND, NE, NM, NV, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA, WI, WY  - if ordering CapoMozz in addition to any of our other products, it is recommended to place these orders separately, as a way to reduce shipping costs. 

Packaging

Each order is hand-packed in a cooler box with food-safe reusable freezer bricks, with the goal of arriving to you at a cool temperature. *CapoMozz is typically shipped on dry ice.
